Volunteer
Volunteers are highly valued members of the One Kids Place team and are key in enhancing the important services we provide to our clients and families.
Volunteers support with many activities and events such as therapy groups, sibling care, washing & repairing toys and therapy tools, community engagement opportunities, special events and fundraising events and so much more.
The Volunteer Program at One Kids Place provides a unique opportunity for volunteers to share their talents, explore their interests, and engage with our staff, children and families.
The volunteer team is led by our Coordinator Jesse.
Jesse has been with One Kids Place for 9 years. The mother of Reid, Jesse is a huge advocate for participating within your community and spends many hours working with various groups and children’s activity groups.
“This role is very special to me because I started at One Kids Place as a volunteer and was fortunate enough to complete my placements with OKP while I was in school. I fell in love with the organization and am proud say I have been employed here
for almost a decade.”
