School Based Rehabilitation Services
One Kids Place School Based Rehabilitation Services provides access to occupational therapy, physiotherapy, and speech-language pathology services for students with rehabilitation needs in all publicly funded schools within the districts of Muskoka, Nipissing, and Parry Sound.
These services serve to be a key step towards building a seamless and integrated continuum of child-centred services and supports while allowing children to fully participate in the school curriculum.
Eligibility
School aged children from who resides within the Districts of Muskoka, Nipissing, and Parry Sound with a physical, developmental or communication disability.
Referral
Referrals can be made by a parent, caregiver, family physician and/or other third party referrals with parental consent.
