NoahStrong Future Pathways – Ages 12-18 – July 6-10
Get ready for an unforgettable week of exploration, confidence-building, and future-shaping adventures! The NoahStrong Future Pathways Camp invites teens to discover their strengths, try new skills, and envision bold possibilities for their future, all in a supportive and high-energy environment.
Throughout the week, participants will dive into hands-on workshops, team challenges, creative projects, and real-world skill-building experiences designed to spark curiosity and grow independence. From leadership activities and communication challenges to vocational try-its and personal goal-setting, youth will uncover what makes them unique and learn how to apply their strengths in school, work, and life.
Along the way, campers will build friendships, boost resilience, and celebrate their achievements both big and small. With a mix of fun recreational activities, engaging discussions, and opportunities to practice decision-making and problem-solving, this camp empowers teens to look ahead with confidence and excitement.
Jack Lyons: Let’s Play Sports! – Ages 6-11 – July 13-17
Get ready to move, play, and celebrate all things sports! Jack Lyons: Let’s Play Sports! is the ultimate week for young athletes who love to try new games, stay active, and have fun with friends.
Throughout the week, campers will explore a variety of kid-friendly sports and movement activities from soccer and basketball to challenges, and team mini-games. With a focus on skill-building, teamwork, and confidence, each day mixes physical activity with laughter, creativity, and new opportunities to shine.
Whether your child is a seasoned player or brand-new to sports, our supportive and energetic environment ensures everyone can participate, learn, and feel successful. STEMtastic Adventures – Ages 12-18 – July 20-24
Gear up for a week of curiosity, creativity, and hands-on discovery! STEMtastic Adventure Week invites youth to step into the world of science, technology, engineering, and math through engaging challenges, real-world experiments, and imaginative problem-solving missions.
Throughout the week, campers will dive into interactive STEM stations, team-based design challenges, tech explorations, and exciting build-and-test activities that spark innovation and out-of-the-box thinking. From engineering feats and science mysteries to coding mini-games and creative maker-projects, every day brings a new adventure.
No prior STEM experience needed—just an interest in exploring how things work and a willingness to experiment! Campers will develop confidence, collaboration skills, and a deeper appreciation for the amazing ways STEM shapes our world.

H2-WOAH! – Ages 6-11 – August 10-14

Throughout the week, campers will jump into hands-on water games, creative splash challenges, outdoor science experiments, sprinkler obstacle courses, and team-based aquatic adventures. From building mini-boats and testing them in water races to mastering water balloon strategy, every day brings a new way to explore the coolest element of summer—WATER!
With a focus on teamwork, problem-solving, and pure summer fun, campers will stay active, make friends, and discover just how exciting water play can be. This camp encourages creativity, cooperation, and confidence all while keeping everyone refreshed and smiling.

H2-WOAH! – Ages 12-18 – August 17-21
Get ready for the coolest week of summer! H2-WOAH! brings teens together for high-energy water challenges, creative problem-solving, and splash-filled activities that make staying active more fun than ever.
Throughout the week, participants will dive into team competitions, tactical water games and outdoor splash adventures designed to get them moving, thinking, and working together. From sprinkler-based obstacle courses and strategy-driven water battles to designing floating creations for friendly races, every day brings a new twist that blends fun with skill-building.
This camp is all about confidence, cooperation, and trying something unexpected in a supportive, upbeat environment. Teens will practice communication, leadership, resilience, and teamwork all while staying cool under the summer sun.

Camp Registration
Camp registration is available via telephone at 1-866-626-9100 ext. 3880 , in person at One Kids Place Nipissing or by completing the below form and sending it to camps@onekidsplace.ca
Camp Fees
To provide the high level of support and care that makes our summer camps so special, there is an associated cost.
To help keep camp as accessible as possible, each family is responsible for $300.00 per camper, per week, with the remainder generously subsidized thanks to community support.
For our high needs camps, each family is responsible for $1000.00 per camper, per week, with the remainder generously subsidized thanks to community support. Please note, there is a half day option for our high needs camps.
We are committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate in camp, regardless of financial circumstance. If your family requires additional financial assistance, we encourage you to discuss this at the time of registration. One Kids Place camps may be supported through programs such as Special Services at Home, Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities, AccessOAP, and the OKP Family Support Program.
Please note that each family is responsible for a non-refundable fee of $100.00 per camper, per week.
Camp Hours of Operation
Day camps are offered daily from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm.
Parents/guardians requiring extended care may drop off their child no earlier than 8:00 am and may pick up their child no later than 4:30 pm.
All camps are based out of our Nipissing location at 400 McKeown Avenue, North Bay.
All campers must have adult supervision during morning drop off and afternoon pick up. Please ensure that regular chaperones and emergency contacts are up to date on your child’s registration form as well as sign in/sign out sheet.
Individuals will be required to show government issued identification upon pick up. Campers will not be allowed to leave the program without informed consent from parent/guardian.
Safety Measures
- Headcounts are taken multiple times throughout the day
- Low camper-to-leader ratios for attentive supervision
- Increased staffing during community outings
- Designated camp spaces for organized programming
- Clearly marked sign-in and sign-out locations
- A balanced mix of outdoor activities (weather permitting)
What to Bring to Camp and What to Leave at Home
To enhance your camper’s experience, please remember to bring the following items in a bag/backpack with your child each day and clearly mark your child’s name on the items sent.
- Hat and sunscreen (apply at home and pack in bag)
- Morning & Afternoon snack
- Lunch (no nuts please)
- Refillable water bottle
- Bathing suit, towel, water shoes (optional) – as required.
- Closed toe/heel shoes – Open toe sandals and crocs are not appropriate for camp activities.
- Weather appropriate clothing for outdoor activities.
- Extra set of clothing – in a separate small bag, within your backpack.
Camp is all about making friends, trying new things, and having a blast! To keep the fun going and avoid lost treasures, we ask that valuables, electronics, and toys stay at home. If your camper does bring them, they’ll get to keep them safe in their backpack until the end of the day.
Behaviour Guidelines
One Kids Place recognizes its responsibility to support campers and appropriately address disruptive behaviour. These guidelines apply to all children and youth participating in recreation programs, including summer camps.
- Staff use positive, supportive, consistent, and proactive approaches that focus on encouragement and logical consequences.
- Disruptive behaviour is addressed fairly and consistently using progressive behaviour management strategies.
- We ask families to share any relevant family or behavioural concerns so staff can best support each participant. While every effort will be made to accommodate individual needs, One Kids Place reserves the right to withdraw a participant if their behaviour poses a risk to their own safety, or the safety of other participants, staff, or property.
- Parents and guardians will be kept informed and communication will be provided should any situation arise.
