All proceeds raised in North Bay will support the Autism Services Program. Get your family, friends, or coworkers together and enjoy a delicious pizza in support of our children, youth & families. One Kids Place Music Program
North Bay - One Kids Place 400 McKeown Avenue, North Bay, Ontario, CanadaThanks to a generous donation from the NoahStrong Organization, OKP is pleased to host a weekly Music Program for our children and youth with special needs. Our Music Program features various music types and genres, interactive sessions and unique hands-on opportunities for children and youth. The program hosts many special guests and community partners. This session is for kids 6 to 11 years of age.
National Therapeutic Recreation Month
February is National Therapeutic Recreation Month. Therapeutic Recreation is a service that supports children, youth and their families to access, enjoy and fully participate in leisure activities while increasing independence. One Kids Place offers treatment, education and recreation participation to enable children and youth with physical, cognitive, emotional and/or social limitations to acquire and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Home Alone Course
North Bay - One Kids Place 400 McKeown Avenue, North Bay, Ontario, CanadaIn partnership with North Bay Professional Fire Fighters, One Kids Place is hosting a Home Alone Course on Friday, February 2, 2024. This course is for any young person that will be spending short periods of time home alone. This course covers many issues that will help children and their parents or caregivers feel more confident. ages 9 and older Upon completion, all participants receive a certificate.
